Arbutus Hill Bed and Breakfast is located on five acres atop a wooded hill on the outskirts of urban Victoria. On a clear day, Mount Baker is visible to the east, rising above the hills of Cordova Bay and the San Juan Islands. Our bed and breakfast is located about midway between downtown Victoria and Butchart Gardens: 8 km from downtown, 5 km from the gardens in Brentwood Bay. We are located about 30 km (30 minutes drive) from Swartz Bay Ferry terminal north of Victoria. There is no public transportation close to our B&B. (See our location map.)

Arbutus Hill Bed and Breakfast uses environmentally friendly, biodegradable products for cleaning and bathroom supplies. Laundry detergents for our linens and towels are non-toxic and free of dyes and perfumes. As well, our breakfasts are made from mostly organic, farm-fresh local ingredients to reduce our carbon footprint.
